Increased Control Against Overloaded Trucks in the Bulgarian Ports

The Bulgarian Minister of Transport and Communications ordered port operators to tighten control over the departure of overloaded trucks. Port operators must organise a loading process that prevents dangerous vehicles from leaving the ports. In case of violations, ports are obliged to signal the Executive Agency Automotive Administration for the imposition of administrative sanctions.
